“As a mature adult I thought the joy of the ballet class had passed me by. By chance I heard about a new class being run by Juliet for the over 40’s. I arrived with nervous excitement and met a super class of people, from all walks of life and of all ages from 40 upwards to 75. Some were beginners; others of us had danced as children and young adults.
We all enjoy every moment of the class, gently instructed and tenderly encouraged and praised by our wonderful ballet mistress. Juliet has transformed our lives, we can stretch and glide and lose ourselves in the sheer joy that dance gives. Juliet is an inspiration to all of her pupils, young and old.
