“I recently joined the ‘Elderflowers’ adult ballet class for the more mature student! The class is friendly and we all have a laugh over our ‘senior moments’ when we forget the steps.
Having not danced for 40 years I wasn’t sure how I would get on but Juliet makes it fun. The class is just challenging enough to make you feel you have achieved something without getting too many aches and pains. So much nicer than going to the gym!”
